Wash & Style
Washing and hair treatment for your Lilly’s piece.
Colour & Toning
Toning, dying or bleaching, followed by deep conditioning and styling of your hair piece.
Hair Refill
Add hair to balding areas, a silkening treatment to improve hair quality, then wash and straighten.
Replace the Lace Top
Replace the 13×6 lace top on a lace front unit, or the lace-top portion of a full lace, on any Lilly’s piece. Includes silkening treatment, wash and straighten.
Layers, Haircut & Fringe
Add layers or a full restyle to your wig. Please note: once a wig is cut it becomes a final sale.
Resize a Wig
Make your Lilly’s wig smaller for a closer, more secure fit.
Shipping your wig to us
There is an additional £7 for shipping the wig within the UK, £15 to Europe, £29 to the US and £35 everywhere else. If you would like to send your wig from the US or Canada, we can provide a return label at £50 (Europe £15, UK £7). Please note that when you request a wig to be cut, it becomes a final sale.
